Explorer Marine provides offshore positioning services for marine units, jack-up rigs, drilling vessels, platforms and other offshore installations, supporting safe, accurate and efficient operations. Our activities are carried out by qualified personnel using reliable positioning equipment, dedicated survey software and established operational procedures. Each operation is carefully planned and executed with strong attention to safety, data quality, accuracy and compliance with client and project requirements.
Over the years, we have worked in a wide range of geographical areas, including Côte d’Ivoire, the United Arab Emirates, Cyprus, Montenegro, Mozambique, Norway, Indonesia, Ghana, Italy, Morocco and Nigeria. This experience has allowed us to develop a flexible and structured approach, capable of adapting to different operational, environmental and project conditions.
Since 2013, Explorer Marine has provided specialised support to Eni offshore projects, including positioning activities and supervision during rig move operations worldwide. Our scope includes the installation and configuration of positioning equipment on board, the acquisition and validation of positioning data, coordinate calculations and final verification of the position. Our services are delivered with a methodical and safety-oriented approach, providing reliable results that meet the technical and operational requirements of each project.
